Canadian-born Justin Bieber is today's selection in honor of my teenage daughter who went with her girlfriends to hear the 16 year old singer here in Memphis over the weekend. Hi Friends,
I have a question, actually I worked with a for-profit company A for few years and then transferred my H1B to a not-for-profit company B last year. Now can I transfer my H1B to a for-profit company C?
Actually one of my friend told, it is not possible and I can transfer only to the not-for-profit companies as I am currently working with a not-for-profit company B. Is this true?

USCIS has announced that it is working on a rule to create an electronic registration system for H-1B employers subject to the annual cap. Employers would first register an application and be allocated an H-1B cap number and then would file the case. The idea is that employers would need to register to claim an H-1B cap number first and then if they are selected, they then would prepare and file the case. If you have a valid I-94 i.e. not expired, you can apply for another I-539 to F1 - make sure to make the application stronger than last time.
If your I-94 is applied, you have no choice but to leave the country and get F1 visa in your home country and come back.

Hi All,
I am developing an application in which I want to use Virtulaization in a Listview along with grouping of elements. The moment I apply grouping and Expander to my group in the Listview the virtualization thing stops working. I knw Virtualisation works on Virtualising panel and grouping implements stack panel and thus Virtualization stope working.
Is there any workaround for the same if there is please do let me know as the requirement is little urgent.

Hi all,
My I-140 was approved 2.5 years back and I-485 was also approved more than an year back.
But, today the status on my I-140 got changed to "REQUEST FOR INITIAL EVIDENCE SENT, CASE PLACED ON HOLD". I am not sure, why did they reopen the case again. I checked with my company and they assured me that they didn't revoke my I-140.
Could anyone suggest me what's happening to my case. Has anyone seen an similar kind of an issue and wat shd I do further ?
